以α-环糊精和酸性红G包合物为掺杂剂,三氯化铁为氧化剂,采用无模板自组装法合成了一种新颖的片状微结构聚吡咯.用场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和X射线荧光光谱仪(XRF)对合成的片状聚吡咯的结构形貌进行了表征.结果表明,静置聚合条件下,以α-环糊精和酸性红G包合物为掺杂剂得到的片状聚吡咯的宽度在1~10μm之间,长度在10~20μm之间,厚度大约200 nm.研究了反应温度、吡咯单体和掺杂剂的摩尔比、反应时间对片状聚吡咯形貌的影响,获得了最佳反应条件,同时研究了不同反应条件对得到的聚吡咯的导电率的的影响.并对片状聚吡咯的形成机理进行了探讨.
A novel sheet-like microstructured polypyrrole was synthesized by using template-free self-assembly method with α-cyclodextrin and acid red G inclusion as dopants and ferric chloride as oxidant. A field emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM ), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), X-ray diffractometer (XRD) and X-ray fluorescence spectrometer (XRF) were used to characterize the structure of the synthesized polypyrrole. , And the polypyrrole flake obtained by using α-cyclodextrin and acid red G inclusion as dopants has a width of 1-10 μm, a length of 10-20 μm and a thickness of about 200 nm. The reaction temperature , The molar ratio of pyrrole monomer and dopant and the reaction time on the morphology of flake polypyrrole were investigated. The optimum reaction conditions were obtained. The influences of different reaction conditions on the conductivity of polypyrrole were also studied. The formation mechanism of flaky polypyrrole was discussed.
