目的了解南海海上平台直升机噪声现状,为预防特定职业病提供科学依据。方法对南海3个海上平台的5处直升机噪声进行调查。结果海上平台直升机飞行时舱内噪声为(103.4~104.2)d B(A),直升机降落后未停车时接机位噪声为(109.7~110.1)d B(A),同样情况下加油位噪声为(110.0~111.2)d B(A),直升机降落过程中和降落后未停车时甲板消防炮位噪声分别为(104.7~104.9)d B(A)和(94.8~95.7)d B(A),最小值均超过了国家卫生标准。Tukey显著性检验分析表明,直升机降落后未停车时接机位与加油位噪声最高,其次是飞行时机舱内与直升机降落过程中甲板消防炮位噪声,最小的是直升机降落后未停车时甲板消防炮位的噪声。结论南海海上平台直升机舱内噪声高于经过降噪处理的国外多型直升机舱内噪声,但低于已报道的国内某型直升机舱内噪声。南海海上平台各点位直升机噪声均超标,在噪声的职业卫生管理中,应该对直升机飞行员、乘客、接机人员、加油人员、消防员等噪声防护重点对象进行严格管理,以切实保护劳动者听力健康。
Objective To understand the status quo of helicopter noise in the South China Sea offshore platform and provide a scientific basis for prevention of specific occupational diseases. Methods The noise of five helicopters on three offshore platforms in the South China Sea was investigated. Results The noise in the cabin was (103.4 ~ 104.2) d B (A) when the helicopters were flying and the noise at the receiving plane when the helicopter landed was 109.7 ~ 110.1 d B (A) (110.0 ~ 111.2) d B (A), the noise of the deck fire-gun at the time of the helicopter landing and without stopping after the landing were 104.7 ~ 104.9 d B (A) and 94.8 ~ 95.7 d B The minimum value exceeded the national health standards. Tukey significance test analysis shows that the helicopter landed after the stop and pick up the highest bit noise, followed by flight cabin and helicopter landing during the fire deck noise, the smallest is the helicopter landed after the fire did not stop deck fire Cannon noise. Conclusions The noise in the helicopter cabin of the South China Sea offshore platform is higher than the noise in the foreign multi-helicopter cabin that has been noise-reduced but lower than the reported domestic noise of a certain type of helicopter cabin. In the noise occupational health management, the key targets of noise protection such as helicopter pilots, passengers, pick-up personnel, refueling personnel and firefighters should be strictly managed in order to effectively protect the hearing of laborers health.
