原电力工业部基本建设总局頒发的“烘爐煮爐規程”(試行本)是根据以往习慣制定的。該規程規定完成重型爐墙烘燥的时間需要10~14天。这样长的时間,显然与发电設备的快速安装、快速发电的要求是不相适应的。所以最近某些工程在苏联专家指导下,实际上已經不完全照該規程进行烘、煮爐了。电力建设科学技术研究所針对这个实际問題进行了研究。研究如何的升溫数值和升溫速度可以达到既能縮短烘燥时間,又能保証烘燥質量的要求。經过一系列的試驗后,証明重型炉墙的烘燥时間可以大大縮短。 (一)快速升溫試验研究的程序是先分別对耐火磚及紅磚的灰缝及磚本身进行快速升溫試驗,証明快速升温对上述試件沒有影响后,再在小型爐墙上进行快速升溫試驗,然后再在40吨/时鍋爐上实际試驗.
