科学防腐是当今社会反腐倡廉的一个重要课题,是把反腐倡廉引向深入的根本途径。本文首先对风险管理、PDCA、廉政风险防控进行了概要性的阐述;其次通过对其内容实质性的理解,挖掘管理学理论及工具在防治腐败中的应用可能性;最后关键性的探索了PDCA循环在廉政风险防控中的实践,详细说明了计划、实施、检查、处理4个阶段中的具体事项,从而系统性地给出廉政风险防控的PDCA循环。以期通过明确可操作的管理手段,将廉政风险降到最低,实现防腐工作标准化、流程化、可控化。
Scientific preservation is an important issue in fighting corruption and building a clean government in today’s society. It is also the fundamental way to guide the fight against corruption and build a clean government. This paper first gives an overview of risk management, PDCA and anti-corruption risk prevention and control. Secondly, through substantive understanding of its content, it explores the application of management theory and tools in the prevention and control of corruption. Finally, The practice of PDCA cycle in the prevention and control of clean government risk, detailing the specific issues in planning, implementation, inspection and handling in four stages, systematically gives a PDCA cycle of prevention and control of corruption risks. With a view to clear and operational risk management tools to minimize the risk of corruption, standardization, process control and control.
