在食品、医药及化妆品等方面,国内外对蜂花粉的开发、研究,已有大量报告。但就药剂学方面,应用花粉外壳作囊材研究缓释制剂,迄今未见报道。花粉壳内的营养组分,在生物体内释放是不完全的,为此国内外研究破壳技术,以达营养组分充分利用之目的。笔者研究了花粉的显微结构与特性,并以氨茶碱原料药物包封于花粉外壳之中制成微囊,测试其包封率及体外释药特性。
In food, medicine and cosmetics, etc., domestic and foreign bee pollen development, research, there have been a large number of reports. However, pharmacy, the application of pollen shell material for the study of sustained-release capsules, so far not been reported. The nutrition components in the pollen shell are not completely released in the organism. Therefore, the shell breaking technology at home and abroad has been studied in order to achieve the full use of the nutrient components. The author studied the microstructure and properties of pollen, and the aminophylline raw material encapsulated in the pollen shell made of microcapsules, test the encapsulation efficiency and in vitro release characteristics.
