石河子垦区是新疆生产建设兵团的重要粮、棉、甜菜基地之一,在病虫害防治中,用药水平较高,尤其是有机氯农药的大量使用,给农田和水库造成一定污染。如石河子总场,在20余万亩的耕地上共使用“六六六”2440吨,“DDT”1170吨,汞制剂34吨,砷制剂1.4吨,其他农药1521吨。而“六六六”的平均亩用量从0.22公斤到1.15公斤,甚至有的菜地亩用药量达5公斤以上。为了客观地评价农药对农田和水库的污染情况,为此,采用薄层层析法和气相色谱法测定土壤中“六六六”的残留量。
Shihezi reclamation area is one of the important grain, cotton and sugar beet bases of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps. In the prevention and control of pests and diseases, the treatment level is high, especially the extensive use of organochlorine pesticides, causing certain pollution to farmland and reservoirs. For example, at Shihezi, a total of 2,440 tons of “666”, 1170 tons of “DDT”, 34 tons of mercury preparations, 1.4 tons of arsenic preparations and 1,521 tons of other pesticides were used on more than 20 million mu of arable land. The “six-six” average amount of mu from 0.22 kg to 1.15 kg, and even some vegetable acres of medication amounted to more than 5 kg. In order to objectively evaluate the pesticide contamination of farmland and reservoirs, TLC and GC were used to determine the residues of “BHC” in the soil.
