目的通过对800名乡村农民和社区干部、教师的疾病谱及相关知识的调查,了解人群对于脑卒中预防知识的知晓率,帮助提高认识,走出误区,降低患病率。方法对乡村农民和社区干部、教师进行随机抽样调查,抽出样本800名,其中农民400名、干部200名、教师200名,男性456名,女性344名。调查内容有疾病谱、个人嗜好、含高胆固醇食物的知晓率、脑卒中危险因素的知晓率。结果调查的800名人群中患各种心脑血管疾病达127人,总患病率为15.88%;存在不利于健康的个人嗜好达58.50%;对于高脂血症相关食物的知晓率仅为21.75%,特别是对于海鲜食品的知晓率极低,趋于零;对脑卒中危险因素的总知晓率仅为15.75%。结论为了减少高血压、高脂血症、脑卒中的发生,必须做到合理膳食、科学生活、积极治疗影响血脂代谢的有关疾病。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the disease awareness and knowledge of 800 stroke-affected peasants, community-based cadres and teachers in the countryside, and to understand the crowd’s awareness rate of stroke prevention knowledge, to help them improve their understanding, go out of the wrong way and reduce their prevalence. Methods A random sample of rural peasants, community cadres and teachers was selected and 800 samples were collected, including 400 peasants, 200 cadres, 200 teachers, 456 males and 344 females. The survey included disease spectrum, personal hobby, awareness of high cholesterol-containing foods, and awareness of stroke risk factors. Results There were 127 cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in the 800 population surveyed with a total prevalence rate of 15.88%. There were 58.50% personal unhealthy hobbies, and 21.75 for those with hyperlipidemia %. Especially, the awareness of seafood is very low and tends to zero. The total risk of stroke is only 15.75%. Conclusion In order to reduce the occurrence of hypertension, hyperlipidemia and stroke, we must make a reasonable diet, scientific life, and actively treat the diseases that affect blood lipid metabolism.
