要想确保农村每一项工作顺利开展,农村集体资金是基础和保障,也是保证农村集体经济发展的重要指标。由于我国目前取消了农村各种费用,集体资金的来源渠道就相对较少,基于此对农村集体资金管理进行强化就有着非常重要的作用和现实意义。本文就从农村集体资金管理的现状出发,对强化农村集体资金管理提出了相对应的措施,以期能够确保农村集体资金发挥出应有的效能。
In order to ensure the smooth running of every work in rural areas, rural collective funds are the foundation and guarantee as well as an important indicator of ensuring the development of rural collective economy. Due to the abolition of all kinds of fees in rural areas at present, the sources of collective funds are relatively few. Based on this, the strengthening of rural collective funds management has very important and practical significance. Based on the current situation of rural collective fund management, this paper puts forward corresponding measures to strengthen rural collective fund management with a view to ensuring that rural collective funds play their due functions.
