平板凸轮圆弧包络加工法的原理是利用多段圆弧近似拟合一个非圆曲线,因此比用直线拟合一个非圆曲线(切线包络法)的拟合速度快、精度高。本文对圆弧包络法的加工原理、包络误差作了分析,确立了加工参数的计算公式。通过生产实践说明,该工艺适用于一般工厂利用通用设备加工精度要求较高的平板凸轮。
The principle of flat cam arc envelope method is to approximate a non-circular curve by multi-segment arc approximation. Therefore, it is faster and more accurate than fitting a non-circular curve with straight line (tangent envelope method). In this paper, the arc envelope method of processing principles, the envelope error was analyzed to establish the processing parameters of the formula. Through the production practice shows that the process is suitable for general factory use of common equipment precision machining requirements of the flat cam.
