当今人们都重视躯体健康,但对精神健康却重视不够,尤其极少关注道德健康。但无论从理论意义还是实践价值上。道德健康都是健康的重要组成部分。一九四六年世界卫生组织首次提出了健康的定义.认为「健康不仅是免于疾病和衰弱,而是保持体格方面、精神方面和社会方面的完美状态」。又在一九七八年《阿拉木图宣言》中重申了健康的含义,「健康不仅仅是没有疾病和痛苦,而且包括身体、心理和社会方面的完好状态」。一九八九年,又明确指出,健康包括躯体健康、心理健康、社会适应良好和道德健康,从而将道德健康纳入健康的大范畴。衡量一个人的道德是否健康,一般基于以下标准:一是不以损害他人的利益来满足自己的需要;二是具有辨别真与假、善与恶、美与丑、荣誉与耻辱等是非的能力;三是能够按照社会道德规范约束自己的思想及行为;四是履行对社会、对
