渐开线齿轮传动在工程机械中获得了最广泛的应用。提高其承载能力对改善工程机械的产品质量和减轻重量具有重大的意义。对标准原始齿廓进行各种变位,能提高其承截能力。但是由于限制条件很多,有时难以获得理想的啮合指标和强度指标。为了进一步提高渐开线齿轮传动的承载能力,国外很多人对原始齿廓进行了研究[1]-[6],提出了一些具有高承载能力的新齿廓。这些齿廓在不变位的情况下,承戴能力高于标准齿廓(包括标准齿廓的变位传动),同时还能进行各种变位从而进一步提高其承载能力。
Involute gear transmission has gained the most extensive application in construction machinery. Increasing its carrying capacity is of great significance for improving the product quality and reducing the weight of construction machinery. Performing a variety of changes to the standard original tooth profile can improve its ability to take over. However, due to the many limitations, it is sometimes difficult to obtain the ideal meshing index and strength index. In order to further improve the bearing capacity of the involute gear transmission, many foreign people have studied the original tooth profile [1]-[6] and proposed some new tooth profiles with high load carrying capacity. These tooth profiles have higher bearing capacity than standard tooth profiles (including standard gear profile displacement drives) in the case of invariant positioning, and can also undergo various displacements to further increase their load carrying capacity.
