采用熔化极气体保护焊和H08Mn2Si实芯丝材进行三维堆焊成形,采用光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜观察成形件横截面的组织形貌,并分析其组织机理。结果表明:堆焊成形件的组织呈现出宏观组织整体均匀、微观组织却有循环变化的特点;堆焊成形的循环加热模式决定了成形件的微观组织呈现出循环变化的规律;而已熔敷焊道对后续焊道的预热以及后续焊道对前面焊道的后热,是造成成形件整体组织均匀的主要原因。
Three-dimensional surfacing welding was carried out by using GMAW and H08Mn2Si solid wire. The microstructure of the cross section of the shaped part was observed by optical microscope and scanning electron microscope, and its microstructure was analyzed. The results show that the microstructures of the surfacing welded parts show the characteristics of uniform macrostructure and cyclic changes in the microstructure. The cyclic heating mode of the surfacing welding determines the microstructure of the formed part showing a cyclic variation. However, Road, the subsequent preheating of the weld bead and follow-up of the front weld bead after the heat is the main cause of forming the overall organization of the uniform.
