H型钢是一种经济高效、应用范围越来越广的新型钢材。优化H型钢热轧工艺,对提高H型钢机械性能、降低轧制能耗具有重要意义。基于对神经网络在H型钢粗轧工艺过程中应用的研究,建立了轧制过程中工艺参数与轧制功率和奥氏体晶粒直径之间的数学模型,并在此基础上应用遗传算法对轧制工艺进行了优化。结果表明,经优化的热轧工艺提高了H型钢的性能,降低了能耗。研究成果对改进H型钢热轧工艺具有重要意义。
H-beam is a cost-effective, more widely used new steel. Optimization of H-beam hot rolling process, to improve the H-beam mechanical properties, reduce rolling energy consumption is of great significance. Based on the research on the application of neural network in the rough rolling process of H-beam, the mathematical model between process parameters and rolling power and austenite grain diameter in rolling process was established, and based on the application of genetic algorithm The rolling process is optimized. The results show that the optimized hot rolling process improves the properties of H-beam and reduces the energy consumption. The research results are of great significance to improve hot rolling process of H-beam.
