目的:为超声生物显微镜(UBM)图像的睫状突位置定量测量设计两个新的指标,并检验新指标与现有的睫状突位置及高度定量测量指标的测量重复性。方法:由同一检查者对21幅经睫状突正中的UBM子午线图像测量新设计的A角,B角以及原有指标TCPD,θ4角,T值这五个指标,观察各指标的观察者内重复性。结果:对21幅图的测量中,A角和T值变异系数均<10%,平均变异系数分别为0.02990和0.02196;TCPD和B角在两幅图中出现变异系数>10%的情况,平均变异数分别为0.04651和0.05146;而θ4角在五幅图中出现变异系数>10%的情况,平均变异系数高达0.06963。结论:原有的睫状突高度测量指标T值及睫状突位置测量指标TCPD具有良好观察者内测量重复性,而θ4角的观察者内测量重复性则较差,新设计的睫状突位置测量指标A角及B角有与TCPD相似的良好观察者内重复性,故认为TCPD,A角,B角及T值是适合临床应用的睫状突位置及高度定量测量指标。眼科学报1999;15:101—106。
OBJECTIVE: To design two new indices for the quantitative measurement of ciliary process location in ultrasound biomicroscopy (UBM) images and to test the repeatability of the new index with the existing ciliary process location and highly quantitative measurements. Methods: The same examiner measured the 21 newly designed UBM meridian images of the ciliary process by measuring the angle A, angle B and the original indicators TCPD, θ4 angle and T value, and observed the intraocular pressure Repeatability. Results: The coefficients of variation of angle A and T were all less than 10% and the average coefficients of variation were 0.02990 and 0.02196, respectively. In the two plots, TCPD and B showed the coefficient of variation> 10% The variation was 0.04651 and 0.05146 respectively; while the θ4 angle appeared in the five maps with the coefficient of variation> 10%, the average coefficient of variation was as high as 0.06963. CONCLUSIONS: The original T-value of ciliary process height and the measured value of ciliary process location TCPD have good intra-observer reproducibility, while the intra-observer measurement at angle θ4 is less reproducible.
