近几年举办的中学数学骨干教师培训的实践值得回顾,特别是办班的理念、办班的模式等对以后的教师培训工作都可借鉴。文章回顾了几年的培训过程,并对教师培训的模式进行了探索。
In recent years, the practice of training key mathematics teachers in secondary schools is worth reviewing. In particular, the idea of running a class and the mode of running a class can all be used as reference for future teacher training. The article reviews several years of training and explores the model of teacher training.
