慈善行为对于社会可持续发展必不可少。同情或者恻隐之心是慈善等道德行为的微弱原始激发动力。要实现慈善行为的最终落实,离不开正义社会制度的安排和慈善道德教育的熏陶。而要实现个体经常性慈善行为,还必须大力培育个体慈善义务和责任。
Charity is essential for the sustainable development of society. The heart of compassion or compassion is the faint motivation of the original ethical behavior such as charity. To achieve the final implementation of charity can not be separated from the arrangement of a just social system and philanthropic and moral education.
