目的以统计学为工具建立罗红霉素含量测定的不确定度评定方法。方法采用《中华人民共和国药典》2005年版二部[1]收载的方法,通过建立数学模型,找出影响其不确定度的因素并对各不确定度分量进行评估,提出了方法合成的不确定度。结果扩展不确定度为1.2%(k=2),置信水平为95%。结论可作为高效液相色谱法(HPLC法)测定罗红霉素含量不确定度计算的一个探索实例,为方法的优化和测定结果质量保障提供了科学依据。
