利用酪蛋白培养基和脱脂乳培养基,从健康真鲷肠道中筛选产蛋白酶菌株,并利用福林-酚试剂法测定其酶活力。通过形态学和生理生化手段对产酶能力较强的菌株进行初步鉴定。从健康真鲷肠道中共筛选出20株产蛋白酶菌株,占真鲷肠道菌群的17.4%;其中H1-16、D1-7、X1-5和X2-3产酶活力特别强,所测酶活力分别为45.45、54.55、63.65和59.1 U/mL。为今后制成益生菌制品应用于水产养殖,提高养殖动物的存活率和生长速度提供了理论基础。
By using casein medium and skim milk medium, the protease producing strains were screened from the gut of healthy red sea bream, and the enzyme activity was determined by Fulin - phenol reagent method. Through the morphological and physiological and biochemical means of producing strong strains of the initial identification. A total of 20 protease-producing strains were isolated from the gut of healthy red sea bream, accounting for 17.4% of the intestinal microflora of the common red sea bream.
