0 前言 目前,国内付油方式:主要采用杠杆机械秤计量,缺点是劳动强度大,工作环境差,工作效率低;容积式计量,主要是计量精度低,稳定性差,需要人工测量密度和温度进行核算,人为因素影响大。动态密度计量法和计算机配合,可以监视付油工作中的异常情况及各种主要参数。根据调研和论证,我们和哈工大电子厂合作,开发研制了FX—Z型微机控制自动付油计量系统,这一动态密度计量法,基本上克服了以上缺陷,既直观又准确是一代新的付油计量设备。1 主要技术指标 本系统是由微机控制器及附属显示部分,信号发生器,控制系统和泵管路系统四部分组成,主要技术指标是: 油品比重适用范围:700~950kg/m~3 油品温度适用范围:0℃~60℃ 系统精度适用范围:±3‰ 每次每路发油量:50~9999kg
