(一)青虾的繁殖习性青虾雌雄异体,主要的区别是性成熟的雄虾第二次足比雌虾的强大,一般为体长的1.5倍。青虾的产卵季节为4-9月,高峰期为6-7月,产卵水温在18℃以上。青虾交配后,24小时内即可产卵,一般抱卵量在1000～2500粒。青虾的卵为椭圆形,产出的卵成团附着在雌虾具有刚毛的腹足上,通过游泳足的不断摆动,提供良好的氧气条件,促进虾卵的孵化。整个孵化期需要22～25天。
