伴随着中国特色社会主义政治的不断进步与深化,我国的就业制度、就业结构也与时俱进,继往开来得逐步发展与完善,教育、卫生、医疗等公共性基础事业尤为突出。相关事业单位也被给予了高度的关注,事业单位的人力资源管理在当前环境中被放在了突出位置。21世纪是人才竞争的新世纪,我国事业单位的人力资源管理问题层出不穷,对我国的事业单位的人力资源管理进行探析并提出改进性建议对于我国全面建成小康社会具有非常深远的重要意义。
Along with the continuous progress and deepening of socialist politics with Chinese characteristics, the employment system and employment structure in our country also keep pace with the times. The past and future have been gradually developed and perfected. The basic public utilities such as education, health and medical care are especially prominent. Relevant institutions have also been given a high degree of attention, and institutions of human resources management in the current environment has been placed in a prominent position. The 21st century is the new century in talent competition. The problems of human resource management in our institutions are endless. It is of far-reaching significance for our country’s institutional human resources management to analyze and put forward suggestions for improvement for our country to build a well-off society in an all-round way.
