“改退批条”上的邮戳通常是普通邮政日戳,如图1为四川白沙的腰框戳,图2为上海嘉定的编码戳,多为投递员或“封发分拣”部门所盖。有的邮局,刻有一些表明邮政业务类别的邮戳,所以在改退批条上亦有加盖“投递”戳(图3,吉林延吉),或“封发”戳(图4,浙江绍兴),还有的加盖相应的天干或地支代号戳,如广西南宁戳的下月牙刻有“丙1”(图5),“丙”为函件分拣代号。令人感兴趣的是,从收集到的实物看,在“改退批条”上加盖的邮戳却远远不只有上述几种,仅就笔者所集还见
