消化道疾病引起的胸痛临床上并非少见。在有心绞痛样胸痛而不是冠心病的患者中约有半数为食管疾病所引起。其中食管裂孔疝所引起的胸痛与心绞痛最为相似,临床上常易误诊。现将我院误诊为心绞痛的3例食管裂孔疝报道并结合文献分析讨论如下:
Chest pain caused by gastrointestinal diseases is not uncommon in clinic. About half of patients with angina-like chest pain rather than coronary heart disease are caused by esophageal disease. The most common cause of chest pain and angina pectoris caused by esophageal hiatal hernia, often misdiagnosed clinically.
