(1993年6月20日) 同志们:根据国务院的安排,现将我们林业部贯彻落实“两办”紧急通知精神,做好减轻农民负担工作情况向大家作个简要汇报。中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅发出《关于切实减轻农民负担的紧急通知》后,我部非常重视,几次召开会议,认真学习“两办”紧急通知精神,研究部署减轻农民负担工作。我们认为,党中央和国务院的紧急通知,是针对当前农村形势特别是当前农村中存在的突出问题所采取的一个果断措施,是非常必要和及时的。我们一
