针对某在建横跨铁路特大桥与铁路左右线相交,为了减少对既有铁路线运营的影响,采用在平行既有铁路线一侧挂篮浇筑2~64m混凝土T构,再以主墩为中心将箱梁转动到桥位的转体施工方法。通过ABAQUS有限元分析软件对T构转体结构进行了全过程数值模拟,分析了转体施工过程中结构关键部位的应力分布,并与施工现场的实时监测数据进行了对比。结果表明:T构转体结构整体处于较低的应力状态,局部存在应力集中现象,可通过加强局部构造的方法保证转体结构的力学性能满足施工要求,从而保证转体施工的安全可靠。
In order to reduce the influence on the operation of the existing railway line, a 2 ~ 64m concrete T-structure shall be placed on the side of the parallel existing railway line, and then the main pier shall be The center turns the box girder to the bridge position swivel construction method. Through the ABAQUS finite element analysis software, the whole process numerical simulation of the T-structure was carried out. The stress distribution of the key parts of the structure was analyzed and compared with the real-time monitoring data of the construction site. The results show that the structure of T-structure is in a state of low stress, and the stress concentrates locally. The mechanical properties of the structure can be guaranteed by strengthening the local structure so as to ensure the safety and reliability of the construction.
