目的:了解喹喃克林几丁糖凝胶一次性使用对大鼠子宫腔的堵塞作用及子宫组织病理改变。方法:将不同浓度的喹喃克林几丁糖凝胶注入大鼠子宫腔内,并以宫腔注入复方苯酚糊大鼠为对照,解剖和病理切片观察大鼠子宫腔纤维化增生情况及局部和周围组织器官反应变化。结果:大鼠子宫腔内一次性注入35%喹喃克林几丁糖凝胶,4周后宫腔完全被空泡化的基质细胞和成纤维细胞堵塞,6周后宫腔完全被肉芽组织堵塞,阻塞效果与复方苯酚糊组相同。病理解剖结果显示大鼠管腔无局部及邻近组织炎性反应。结论:一次性注入35%浓度的喹喃克林几丁糖凝胶对大鼠子宫腔有明显的阻塞作用,生殖管腔无炎性反应,可作为一种非手术绝育法继续研究。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the blockage effect of quinclokarin chitosan gel on the uterine cavity and pathological changes of uterine tissue in rats. METHODS: Quinocetine chitosan gel with different concentrations was injected into the uterine cavity of rats and the compound phenolic phenol paste was injected into the uterine cavity. The anatomical and pathological sections were used to observe the fibrosis and uterine fibrosis in rats Changes in response to surrounding tissues and organs. Results: After a single injection of 35% quinacrine chitosan gel into the uterine cavity, the uterine cavity was completely blocked by vacuolized stromal cells and fibroblasts after 4 weeks. After 6 weeks, the uterine cavity was completely blocked by granulation tissue, Blocking effect and the same compound phenol paste group. Pathological anatomy showed no local and adjacent rat lumen inflammatory response. CONCLUSION: The single injection of quinacrine chitosan gel at a concentration of 35% has a significant obstruction on the uterine cavity of rats, and the reproductive lumen has no inflammatory reaction and can be further studied as a non-surgical sterilization method.
