由中国音乐家协会与张家港市人民政府举办的“长江颂”歌曲创作评奖已于此前揭晓。今年,是张家港撤县建市20周年。20年来,随着我国改革开放步伐的加快,张家港这个由往日的渔村小县崛起为一座现代化花园城市、耸立在长江三角洲富饶土地上的辉煌历程,见证了一个神话般奇迹的诞生。这是一段值得大为礼赞的当代史诗,用各种文艺形式、包括通过歌声来记载这段史诗、传扬这段史诗,是当代文艺工作者义不容辞的责任。也正由于此,今年3月,张家港市人民政府与中国音乐家协会共同发起了以“长江颂”为题的歌曲征集评奖活动。
The “Song of the Yangtze River” songwriting award organized by the Chinese Musicians Association and the Zhangjiagang Municipal People’s Government was announced here. This year is the 20th anniversary of the withdrawal of Zhangjiagang City. Over the past 20 years, with the acceleration of China’s reform and opening up, the rise of Zhangjiagang, a small fishing village from the past, as a modern garden city stands on the glorious land of the Yangtze River Delta, witnessing the birth of a fabulous miracle. This is a piece of contemporary epic worthy of praise. It is an unshirkable responsibility of contemporary literary and art workers to document this epic with various literary forms, including through singing. It is precisely because of this, in March this year, Zhangjiagang Municipal People’s Government and the Chinese Musicians Association jointly sponsored the “Song of the Yangtze River” as the title song solicitation awards.
