目的:比较常规宣传健康教育方法与小手牵大手健康教育方法对提高居民垃圾分类意识的效果。方法:对普通社区居民分别采取常规宣传健康教育方法与小手牵大手健康教育方法干预,采用自填调查问卷的方式,分别在干预前和干预后进行垃圾分类意识情况调查,比较两种健康教育方式对提高居民垃圾分类意识的效果。结果:两种健康教育干预后居民垃圾分类意识均有大幅度提高,干预后两组之间存在明显差异,有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:两种健康教育方法均能提高居民垃圾分类意识,,两种健康教育方法效果有差异,小手牵大手较好。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the effects of routine health education methods and small hands-on health education methods on improving residents’ awareness of garbage classification. Methods: The residents of ordinary community took routine publicity and health education methods and small hands and hands-on health education methods to intervene, using self-administered questionnaires, respectively, before and after intervention to conduct awareness of waste classification survey, comparison of two kinds of health education To improve the awareness of residents garbage classification effect. Results: The awareness of household garbage classification after health education intervention increased significantly. There was a significant difference between the two groups after intervention (P <0.001). Conclusion: Both health education methods can raise residents’ awareness of garbage classification. The two health education methods have different effects, and small hands are good at holding big hands.
