为解决点式下料铝电解槽的热平衡监控问题,提出了与采用间歇式操作方式的动态法测温装置配合使用的电解质动态平衡温度自适应预报估计模型。由于模型实现了槽热平衡体系的输出变量(电解质动态平衡温度)与输入变量(发热功率和等效下料速率)间关系的定量描述,故可用于点式下料槽热平衡监控系统的设计。利用在160kA点式下料预焙阳极铝电解槽上采集的数据验证了模型的有效性。
In order to solve the problem of monitoring the thermal balance of the point-typed aluminum reduction cell, an adaptive model of predicting and predicting the dynamic equilibrium temperature of the electrolyte is proposed, which is used in conjunction with the dynamic method of temperature measurement using intermittent operation. As the model realizes the quantitative description of the relationship between the output variables (electrolyte homeostasis temperature) and the input variables (heating power and equivalent feed rate) of the tank thermal balance system, it can be used in the design of point balance tank thermal balance monitoring system. The data collected from the 160 kA spot-fed prebaked anode aluminum reduction cell demonstrate the effectiveness of the model.
