对面临城市化中的供销合作社而言,虽然“星星还是那个星星,月亮还是那个月亮”,但供销合作社长期赖以生存的环境却发生了翻天覆地的变化:大批农民的“洗脚上田”,对供销合作社的“强项”———农资经营造成了巨大的冲击;城市新规划的出台实施,又对不少供销合作社原有的黄金网点形成冲击;再回归理论,由于城市规模、功能的不同乃至历史文化的差异使城市中供销合作社发展的路径变得多元,而恰恰是这样的多元,又使城市供销合作社的发展道路走向何方变得争议颇多。这一切,都使供销合作社在痛楚中重新思考和探求着新的发展方向。这一切,既无教科书可搬,也没有现成经验可以借鉴。但事情都有两面性。城市化在冲击供销合作社原有体系的同时,也在为供销合作社洞开着另一片新天地。新的流通业态的开拓,城市合作社的兴办,作农民工在城市中的“大使馆”……,这些新实践、新思路的层出不穷,成为探索城市化中供销合作社走出困境的一把把新钥匙。这样的背景之下,广开言路,择案而摘,乃至参照国外城市中合作社发展的路径来思考、探索目前我国城市化中供销合作社的发展之路,成为专题的初衷。
