我室以AN—821复方抗小白鼠梭曼中毒的实验研究,获得了肯定的效果。目前国外对此H系肟类药物的作用机制做了一些研究工作,有人报导HGG—42伍用阿托品能使梭曼中毒的动物活存,但对胆硷酯酶无重活化作用。因此认为可能是防止胆硷酯酶的磷酰化,或延缓膦酰酶的老化。本实验目的是通过用AN—82复方对抗小白鼠梭曼中毒,测定给药后不同时间小白鼠全血胆硷酯酶活力的变化,以了解AN—821复方在抗梭曼中毒时是否对体内胆硷酯酶有保护作用。
Our laboratory used AN-821 compound anti-white rat soman poisoning experimental study, and obtained a positive effect. At present, some researches have been done on the mechanism of action of H-steroidal drugs in foreign countries. It has been reported that HGG-42 Wu with atropine can keep the animals poisoned by Soman alive, but it has no reactivation of cholesterase. Therefore, it is considered that it may be to prevent the phosphorylation of cholesteryl esterase, or to delay the aging of phosphonylase. The purpose of this experiment is to use the AN-82 compound against soman poisoning in mice to determine changes in cholesterase activity of the whole blood of the mice at different times after administration, in order to understand whether the compound AN-821 is effective against Soman poisoning. Liner esterase has a protective effect.
