本试验采用基因突变(Ames法)和染色体畸变分析(显性致死突变试验)法。1/50LD_(50)和1/10LD_(50)剂量的毒草安,在有和无S-9参加下,对鼠伤寒沙门氏菌系列菌种均未见致突变作用。显性致死突变试验结果表明,阴性对照组和1/50 LD_(50)剂量组均未显示致突变作用。1/10LD_(50)组致突变指数大于10,且能导致小鼠胚胎死亡增加,有致突变作用,其敏感期为精细胞、精原细胞和精母细胞期。
This study used gene mutation (Ames method) and chromosomal aberration analysis (dominant lethal mutation test) method. With 1/50LD_(50) and 1/10LD_(50) doses of fucaoan, with or without S-9 participation, no mutagenic effect was observed on S. Typhimurium strains. The results of the dominant lethal mutation test showed that none of the negative control group and the 1/50 LD50 dose group showed mutagenicity. The 1/10 LD_(50) group had a mutagenicity index of more than 10, and could cause increased embryonic death in mice with mutagenic effects. The sensitive period was spermatogenic, spermatogonia, and spermatocyte phases.
