针对地铁站通风空调冷却水系统定流量运行存在的能源浪费问题,结合冷凝温度控制法的优势,研究分时段变出水温度的冷却水节能控制策略。首先,建立冷凝温度的多元线性回归方程,然后迭代计算出各时段的冷却水出水温度设定值。研究结果表明:分时段变冷却水出水温度节能控制策略能够在保持冷凝温度不变的情况下,增大冷却水的进出水温差,挖掘节能潜力。最后,在瞬时系统模拟仿真平台(TRNSYS)上对该方法进行了仿真验证。仿真结果表明,变冷却水出水温度节能控制方法能够将冷凝温度控制在设计值,且节能效果显著。
Aiming at the problem of energy waste in constant flow operation of ventilation and air conditioning cooling water system in metro station, combined with the advantages of condensation temperature control method, the control strategy of energy saving of cooling water with variable outlet water temperature is studied. First, the establishment of multiple linear regression equation of condensation temperature, and then calculate the cooling water outlet temperature settings for each period. The results show that the energy saving control strategy of variable cooling water temperature in sub-period can increase the temperature difference between inlet and outlet of cooling water and excavate the potential of energy conservation while maintaining the same condensing temperature. Finally, the method is validated on the transient system simulation platform (TRNSYS). The simulation results show that the control method of energy-saving cooling water outlet temperature can control the condensing temperature at the design value, and the energy-saving effect is remarkable.
