目的:探究儿童肥胖症的预防保健方法及效果。方法:选取2010年5月至2012年5月在本院门诊接受体检筛查出的肥胖症儿童200例作为观察对象,对以上儿童进行个体化管理,针对具体的情况制定相应的管理计划,并实施生长监测。并对家长实施健康指导,早期对肥胖症儿童实施干预,指导其养成健康的生活习惯,并对其采取随访观察。结果:通过对以上200例肥胖症认同实施早期健康保健干预后,在4年的随访观察时间里,有76%的儿童体重达标。结论:针对导致儿童肥胖症发生的原因实施正确的干预,并提高家长对肥胖症的认识,及早培养儿童养成健康的生活、饮食习惯,是早期预防儿童肥胖症的关键。
Objective: To explore the preventive and therapeutic methods and effects of childhood obesity. Methods: From May 2010 to May 2012, 200 obese children screened by physical examination in our hospital were selected as the observation objects. The above children were individually managed, and the corresponding management plan was formulated according to the specific circumstances Implement growth monitoring. And the implementation of health guidance for parents, early intervention in obese children to guide their development of healthy habits, and its follow-up observation. RESULTS: After achieving early health care interventions for the above 200 obesity claims, 76% of children achieved body weight over a four-year follow-up observation period. Conclusions: It is the key to prevent childhood obesity in the early stage of implementing the correct intervention for the causes of childhood obesity and raising parents’ understanding of obesity. It is necessary to train children early to develop healthy life and eating habits.
