目的以江西省余干县血吸虫病监测点螺情监测为例,评价全球定位系统和数字化地图和影像的实用性与优越性,为利用地理信息系统管理和表达全国血吸虫病监测点数据提供理论支持。方法收集江西省余干县血吸虫病监测点20个查螺洲滩的地理信息、螺情资料,通过数字化地图对此地区的卫星图片进行校正和提取,对余干县螺情的现状和趋势进行综合分析和表达,并介绍建立监测系统中涉及的设计思想和技术细节。结果通过对20个洲滩建立的数据分析表达流程图,验证了余干县监测数据库地理分析平台的有效性和实用性。结论全国血吸虫病监测数据完全可以通过全球定位系统与地理信息系统连接,能对监测数据进行正确表达和安全管理,为有效地利用监测数据提供了一个科学的平台。
Objective To evaluate the practicability and superiority of GPS and digital maps and images in the monitoring of snail spot in Yugan County, Jiangxi Province for the purpose of providing theoretical support for the use of geographic information system to manage and express the national schistosomiasis monitoring data . Methods The geographic information and snail information of 20 snail beaches in the monitoring spot of schistosomiasis in Yugan County of Jiangxi Province were collected and the satellite images in this area were corrected and extracted through digital maps. The current situation and trend of snail in Yugan County were analyzed Comprehensive analysis and expression, and introduce the design ideas and technical details involved in the establishment of monitoring system. Results The flow chart of data analysis and expression set up in 20 Chau Beach verified the validity and practicability of Yugan County monitoring database geo-analysis platform. Conclusion The data of schistosomiasis surveillance in the whole country can be connected with the geographic information system through the GPS and the monitoring data can be correctly expressed and safely managed, which provides a scientific platform for effectively using the monitoring data.
