生源素质低下,缺乏最基本的人文素养,是广大初中尤其是城乡结合部普通初中不争的现实。初中语文课堂效率低下,一方面源于学生基础薄弱,对语文学科的重要性缺乏应有的认识;另一方面是由于教师缺乏必要的语文视野,漠视语文课堂对培养学生人文素养的重要性,没有充分激发学生参与课堂建构的积极性。为了改变这一现状,在教学实践中,针对学生实际,着力扩展自己的教育视野,适时调整教学内容和授课形式,创造性地落实教学目标,取得一定成效。在此将一孔之见就教于方家。
