本文提出在ICP光电光谱仪中,采用阻容采样——计算机高速处理的方法。目前还未发现应用类似处理方法的报道及文献。实验证明,仅用10位A/D转换器进行模数转换,电处理部分的相对标准偏差值(R.S.D.)已达10~(-5)量级,达到了目前国外用12位A/D转换器的水平。本处理方法充分发挥了计算机快速数据处理的特点,大大降低了对元器件的要求,并简化了仪器的调试过程;在实际过程中,计算机记录下曝光时间内谱线强度的瞬时信息,并在计算机的控制下,可进行各种瞬态分析,因此,与常规的电容积分法相比,具有更为广泛的应用前途。文中还介绍了本仪器接口的特点以及软件的概况。
