Bax是bcl-2基因家族中最重要的基因之一,它是细胞程序性死亡的促进剂并和bcl-2—起对调控肿瘤和白血病细胞对化疗和放疗的耐药性起重要作用。为了进一步研究Bax基因在急性白血病(AL)发病和治疗中的作用,我们采用链亲和素胶体金原位杂交(ISH-SAG)方法检测了30例急性白血病病人和4株白血病细胞系的Bax基因表达,现将结果报告如下。
Bax is one of the most important genes in the bcl-2 gene family. It is a promoter of programmed cell death and plays an important role in regulating tumor and leukemic cell resistance to chemotherapy and radiotherapy. To further study the role of Bax gene in the pathogenesis and treatment of acute leukemia (AL), we used streptavidin colloidal gold in situ hybridization (ISH-SAG) to detect Bax in 30 patients with acute leukemia and 4 leukemia cell lines.
