本文根据加工硬化总伴随残余应力同时出现的原理,对反向精切法调整已加工表面残余应力进行了研究。试验结果表明:当采用适当的切削厚度(?)反向精切能获得残余压应力并同时获得硬化程度和粗糙度相对较低的表面。反向精切法适用于要求加工硬化程度较低,表面耐磨性要求较高和低残余应力的加工。这种方法具有使用简便和经济的优点.
In this paper, according to the principle that the work hardening always accompanies the residual stress, the residual stress of the machined surface is adjusted by reverse precision cut method. The experimental results show that the residual compressive stress can be obtained by reverse precision cutting with appropriate cutting thickness (?), And the surface with relatively low degree of hardening and roughness can be obtained at the same time. Reverse precision cut method for the requirements of lower degree of work hardening, the surface of the higher wear resistance and low residual stress processing. This method has the advantages of ease of use and economy.
