4月底,北京市发改委组织了一场关于出租车调价的听政会,据说参加听政会的人员大部分赞成出租车调价。5月底,出租租价果不其然由1.6元/公里涨到2元/公里,之前的听证会就成了北京出租车调价的“合法”依据。并不是说不该召开这样一个听政会,而是听政会的情形让人们实在不敢信服:为什么那么多的人赞成出租车调价?这是不是他们真实的意愿?很多问题短期内无法找到答案。但是我们可以看到的是,在油价水平不断地赶英超美接近国际水平后,出租车公司却一如既往地盈利;在租金涨价后,出租司机勉强维持原有收入;在油价和租价都升高后,乘客变为买单人。
