农业上把水稻小穗发育成的成熟结构叫种子或谷粒。关于水稻种子的形态已有较多的研究,并具有一定的实用价值。笔者在研究水稻种子形态结构时,发现至今尚未报告过的花药残迹,可以用来准确鉴别水稻不育系与保持系种子的真实性。 一、材料和方法 供试水稻种子常规品种有:广陆矮四号、先锋一号、清江七十早、秀江早九号;杂交水稻恢复系有:IR_(24)、IR_(26);保持系有:珍汕97B、V_(20)B;不育系有:珍汕97A、V_(20)A;杂交种有:汕优二号、汕优六号、威优六号等共13个材料。
The mature structure that develops the spikelet of rice in agriculture is called seed or grain. There have been more studies on the morphology of rice seeds and have some practical value. When studying the morphological structure of rice seeds, the author found that the anther remnants that have not been reported so far can be used to accurately identify the authenticity of the male sterile lines and maintainer lines in rice. I. Materials and Methods The conventional varieties of rice seeds for testing include: Guanglu Dianta, Pioneer No.1, Qingjiang seventy morning and Xiujiang early nine; hybrid rice restorer lines are: IR_ (24), IR_ (26); The maintainer lines are: Zhenshan 97B, V20B, and CMS lines Zhenshan97A and V20A. The hybrids are Shanyou No.2, Shanyou No.6 and Weiyou No.6 A material.
