本文从造血调控的角度探讨了正常人骨髓单核巨噬细胞及其分泌的前列腺素 E_2在粒系造血中的调控效应。前列腺素 E_2是单核巨噬细胞分泌的主要粒系造血负调控因子,呈剂量依赖性抑制 GM—CFU 的生长。10~(-8)M/ml 时抑制效应就很明显,10~(-6)M/ml 时抑制率达50%;消炎痛虽能抑制单核巨噬细胞分泌前列腺素 E,但对体外正常人骨髓 GM—CFU 无明显作用。
In this paper, the regulatory effect of normal human bone marrow mononuclear macrophages and their secreted prostaglandin E_2 on hematopoiesis was discussed from the perspective of hematopoietic regulation. Prostaglandin E2 is a major negative regulator of myeloid hematopoiesis secreted by monocyte-derived macrophages and inhibits the growth of GM-CFU in a dose-dependent manner. The inhibitory effect was obvious when 10 ~ (-8) M / ml, while the inhibitory rate was 50% at 10 ~ (-6) M / ml. While indomethacin could inhibit the secretion of prostaglandin E from mononuclear macrophages, Normal human bone marrow GM-CFU no significant effect.
