在建立硅橡胶芯模尺寸及工艺间隙设计公式的基础上,采用硅橡胶热膨胀工艺制备了碳纤维/双马树脂复合材料圆管,考察了不同厚度硅橡胶芯模对成型过程温度分布及预浸料铺层内部树脂压力的影响,并分析了圆管的成型质量。结果表明:硅橡胶芯模的厚度对温度分布影响较大,厚度为5mm时,温度分布比较均匀;铺层内的树脂压力能够达到设计压力,但不同位置的加压点和压力大小不同;所制备的碳纤维/双马树脂复合材料圆管表面质量良好,内部没有明显缺陷,且厚度均匀,证明了所设计模具方案的合理性。
Based on the design of silicon rubber core mold size and process clearance, a carbon fiber / bismaleimide resin composite tube was prepared by thermal expansion of silicon rubber. The effects of different thickness silicone rubber core molds on the temperature distribution during the molding process and prepreg The effect of the resin pressure inside the ply and the quality of the tube are analyzed. The results show that the thickness of silicon rubber mandrel has a great influence on the temperature distribution. When the thickness is 5mm, the temperature distribution is more uniform. The resin pressure in the layup can reach the design pressure but the pressure and pressure in different locations are different. The prepared carbon fiber / double-horse resin composite tube surface quality is good, there is no obvious internal defects, and the thickness is uniform, which proves the rationality of the mold design scheme.
