用HPLC法测定了安管可胶囊及当归中阿魏酸含量。色谱条件采用C(18)柱，流动相为甲醇-1％冰醋酸水溶液（35：65），流速1．2ml／min，检测波长313nm。方法回收率99．01％。
The content of ferulic acid in Anzhu Ke capsule and Angelica sinensis was determined by HPLC. Chromatographic conditions using C (18) column, the mobile phase was methanol - 1% aqueous glacial acetic acid (35:65), the flow rate of 1.2ml/min, detection wavelength of 313nm. The recovery rate of the method is 99.01%.
