一、班级建设初级阶段,班委组建采用自荐与班主任任命相结合,着重进行工作热情和方法的培养.学生刚进校,彼此不相识,对环境也不熟悉,很多学生不敢大胆表现自己.这个阶段,班委工作难度不大,能力并非主要,重在热情,班主任可以通过档案材料、实际接触了解学生,把鼓励学生自我推荐和任命相结合来组建班委.这个时期,班级建设的重点是班集体建设,使同学融入班集体,为班集体奋斗.为此,班主任要帮助班委建立各项规章制度,教给他们工作方法.
