作者叙述了面神经选择性切除术治疗自发性睑痉挛及半面痉挛的经验。认为此手术对自发性睑痉挛患者近期效果非常满意,对于麻痹后的痉挛及自发性半面痉挛则远期效果好。自发性睑痉挛常发生于50～70岁患者,女性多于男性。1/5的患者除有睑痉挛外,还合并不能凝视,指、颈、面及舌的痉挛性收缩;口下颌的异常紧张。常为双侧同时发生。半面痉挛则单侧受累,可由于面瘫后或小脑脑 The authors describe the experience of facial nerve selective excision for the treatment of spontaneous blepharospasm and hemifacial spasm. That this surgery is very satisfied with the short-term results of patients with spontaneous blepharospasm, long-term effect for paralytic spasm and spontaneous hemispheric spasm. Spontaneous blepharospasm often occurs in patients 50 to 70 years of age, more women than men. In addition to blepharospasm, 1 in 5 patients also failed to gaze, spasmodic contraction of the fingers, neck, face and tongue; and abnormalities in the mandibular jaw. Often both sides occur at the same time. Half-sided spasm is unilateral involvement, may be due to facial paralysis or cerebellar
