目的通过对阿维菌素生产企业的现场调查及现场检测,了解其生产环境现状及作业人员的暴露情况,为相关职业卫生问题的研究积累资料和提供依据。方法样品采集使用安装有玻璃纤维滤膜的空气采样器,以2L/min速率在可能存在阿维菌素的岗位采集样品,利用高效液相色谱仪进行实验室检测。结果不同岗位共采集样品17份,样品浓度范围在13.35~373.53μg/m3之间,烘干包装、菌丝干燥作业场所空气中浓度较高。结论现有生产条件下,作业环境中有一定浓度的阿维菌素存在,目前在未完全明确阿维菌素对人体的危害及危害剂量前提下,作业工人应该注意个人防护。
OBJECTIVE Through the field investigation and on-site inspection of abamectin production enterprises, understand the current situation of their production environment and the exposure of workers, accumulate information and provide basis for the research on occupational health problems. Methods Sample Collection Samples were collected at a 2 L / min rate of potential abamectin using an air sampler mounted with a glass fiber filter and subjected to laboratory testing using a high-performance liquid chromatograph. Results A total of 17 samples were collected from different positions. The concentration range of samples was between 13.35 and 373.53μg / m3. The concentration in the air of drying and packing and hypha drying was higher. Conclusion Under the existing production conditions, there is a certain concentration of avermectin in the working environment. At present, under the premise of not completely knowing the harm and harmful dose of abamectin to human body, workers should pay attention to personal protection.
