Visual视神经萎缩可以出现视觉诱发电位(Visual Evoked Potential,VEP)异常和中心外固视己成定论。但VEP潜时改变程度和病变程度间是否有确切的具体相关关系?以及不同固视状态和VEP潜时改变间的关系如何?却尚未见报道。本试验以Flash—VEP,(F—VEP)P100潜时为指标,主要研究视神经萎缩时,不同固视状态和潜时改变间的相关关系,以期能明了和解决下述三个问题:①视神经萎缩时VEP潜时改变是否受固视状态影响?②VEP潜时改变和固视状态有何关系?固视状态能否在一定程度上反映VEP改变的程度?③VEP潜时改变和病变程度间有无相关关系? 对象和方法Ⅰ受试对象
Visual optic atrophy may have visual evoked potential (Visual Evoked Potential, VEP) abnormalities and outside the center fixation has become a conclusion. However, whether there is an exact correlation between the degree of VEP change and the severity of the lesion and how the relationship between the different fixation states and the VEP change have not been reported. This experiment with Flash-VEP, (F-VEP) P100 potential as an index, the main study of optic atrophy, the different relationship between fixation status and potential changes in order to be able to understand and solve the following three problems: ① optic nerve VEP changes during atrophy is affected by the state of fixation? ②VEP potential changes and fixation state has any relationship? Focal state can reflect to some extent, the extent of VEP changes? VEP latent changes and lesions between the extent of Correlation? Subjects and Methods I Subjects
