和谐劳动关系不仅关系到国计民生而且影响社会的稳定和经济发展,对企业的发展具有重要的推动作用。建立稳定和谐的劳动关系已经成为当前企业人力资源管理的重要内容,随着人力资源的发展,发展和谐劳动关系面临着巨大的挑战。本文通过分析企业劳动关系管理中存在的问题以及人力资源管理在建立和谐劳动关系中的重要作用,提出了各项建立企业和谐劳动关系的措施,进一步完善企业的人力资源管理。
Harmonious labor relations not only affect the national economy and the people’s livelihood but also affect social stability and economic development, and play an important role in promoting the development of enterprises. The establishment of stable and harmonious labor relations has become an important part of the current human resources management in enterprises. With the development of human resources, the development of harmonious labor relations faces enormous challenges. By analyzing the problems existing in the management of labor relations and the important role of human resources management in the establishment of harmonious labor relations, this paper puts forward various measures to establish the harmonious labor relations in enterprises and further improves the human resources management of enterprises.
