将一种烯基咪唑啉季铵盐(ODD)与二乙烯三胺、乙二胺、KI三种物质分别进行单组分复配,通过正交实验,得到ODD与三种组分的复配比例。采用静态失重法研究了缓蚀剂对45号钢在模拟腐蚀体系缓蚀性能的影响,比较缓蚀性能的变化,筛选出最佳比例。结果表明,在温度60℃,质量分数为10%的盐酸溶液中,ODD与二乙烯三胺的复配最佳比例为1∶3.0,缓蚀率为98.68%,ODD与乙二胺的复配最佳比例为1∶2.5,缓蚀率为91.42%,ODD与KI的最佳复配比例为1∶0.5,缓蚀率为97.53%,而ODD与三种物质的混合复配缓蚀效果明显优于单组分复配,最佳复配比例为1∶2.0∶2.0∶0.8,缓蚀率可达99.07%。
One kind of quaternary ammonium salt (ODD) and diethylenetriamine, ethylenediamine, KI three kinds of materials were single-component compound, obtained by orthogonal experiment ODD and three components of the compound proportion.
